Safety is built into every step, from choosing a mentor to the lesson itself and what happens after.

    Before you book

    • ID-verified mentorsEvery mentor verifies a passport or national ID and is reviewed by our team before their first lesson.
    • Report a problemUse “Report” on any profile, message or review, or contact us. Safety reports are reviewed first.

    When you book and pay

    • Payments stay on the platformYou pay through us and mentors are paid through us. If a lesson fails, you get it back.
    • Contact details stay protectedPhone numbers, emails and links are blocked in messages so everyone stays covered by our guarantees.

    During the lesson

    • Our own classroomLessons run in the Oskooly classroom, not on outside apps, so our protections cover every minute.
    • Private recordingsLessons can be recorded to resolve problems. Recordings are private and deleted after 30 days.
  4. 4

    After the lesson

    • Problems get fixedIf a mentor doesn't show or a lesson fails, you get the lesson back or a refund. Report it within 48 hours.
    • Fair moderation and appealsClear steps, the reason for every decision, and a real person for every appeal.

Your privacy

We collect only what we need, never sell your data, and let you export or delete it.
